Bunkers present probably the most difficult of all Golf shots partly due to fear and the reality that it can be a card wrecker. Here at the Academy there two types of Bunker - the Splash Bunker and the challenging 6ft Revetted variety to cover every scenario and develop your confidence and skill.

There are 12 different techniques to learn in order to master this all-important part of the game.  

There are 7 different lies that you will encounter and a further 5 techniques to achieve a competence from the sand, whether it be attempting to exit from a steep 6 footer, hit out from a shallow fairway bunker or negotiating the Greenside bunkers.
